Trevor Andrew Brown has been released from the BOP. But there is no information on where he has been released to. As he has not been released back into the public. On June 27th, Trevor Andrew Brown made his statement to the court. Trevor also had and was in the process of letting the court know that he no longer wanted his court appointed attorney. At which point the Judge in the case revoked Trevor’s bond.

The reason the judge stated Trevor’s bond was being revoked was that Trevor did not see their appointed psychiatrist. Trevor said he would have his own psychiatrist weigh in on the situation. The reason Trevor was firing his Lawyer is that Trevor gave him information to prove his innocence but Trevor’s lawyer refused to enter evidence to prove Trevor’s innocence.

Currently

There is no new information of where Trevor Brown is being held

On October 21st, 2022 the redacted information from the hearing Trevor had was suppose to be on the Pacer.Gov site. The courts have refused to put up his statement and chose to put up this instead.

If you listen to the audio on the Trevor court case page at the top in their you will hear a couple of key statements

The court has deemed Trevor mentally diseased in audio and now that has been changed to mental defect. You will also hear parties state although he does not go to court appointed psychiatrist. Is not a danger to anyone nor himself. In fact Trevor’s own psychiatrist said is nothing wrong and discharged him as far back as April 2021.

As a friend, son, nephew and a man of God. We as Trevor’s family and friends know he is not what the courts are saying he is. Mentally diseased or defective and for that matter he is not insane. Trevor is a man of God. He is a friend and family man. Trevor believes that 5G is hurting We the People and that was one of the reason Trevor went to Washington on January 6th, 2020. And like many J6ers Trevor feels there was A lot of question to be asked about the 2020 election.

Trevor believes in God and family and We the People. currently Trevor is being held somewhere we don’t know where. Trevor has not even been to court. He has not even been able to have his main question asked. Which is establish the Jurisdiction that the courts have over him. Trevor was supposed to be released after 30 days which included a psychiatric exam. Instead of really doing any type of exam Trevor has been subjected to being held against his will in various prisons not hospitals.

Like many J6ers Trevor is fighting to free the American people by making people aware of the injustices that have happen to him and others on January 6th, 2021.

Below you will see what the courts have put up on the Pacer website. The courts were suppose to put up the entire hearing on June 27th, 2022 when Trevor read his statement to the court.

The courts have instead chose to put this up

Entered: 10/03/2022)10/21/2022 MINUTE ORDER as to TREVOR BROWN: The Court is in receipt of Defendant’s pro se46 motion for release from custody and 47 motion to appoint psychiatrist Shai Brosh. The Government opposes these motions, and Defendant’s counsel concedes that these motions are untimely. By sealed order on June 27, 2022, the Court provisionally found that Defendant is presently suffering from a mental defect rendering him unable to fully understand the proceedings against him and/or to assist in his own defense. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 4241, the Court ordered Defendant committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for the production of a psychiatric report. Additionally, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 3148, the Court found that, due to Defendant’s mental defect and past history of noncompliance with his release conditions, no set of release conditions could ensure Defendant’s participation in this case and remanded Defendant to the custody of the United States Marshal for whatever period of time he is not in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons. As the Bureau of Prisons has yet to complete its psychiatric report as to Defendant’s competency to stand trial, any motion for release is premature under both statutory sections. As such, Defendant’s pro se46 motion for release from custody and 47 motion to appoint psychiatrist Shai Brosh are DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Per the Court’s 38 Order, the Court will set a schedule for further proceedings after the receipt of the Bureau of Prisons’ psychiatric report. Signed by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly on October 21, 2022. (lcckk1) (Entered: 10/21/2022)
