Additionally, when the United States judiciary allows this fraud to continue when one single federal judge could issue one order calling a halt to the fraud, there is no legitimate government. The current operations are an illusion obviously intended to cover up a fraud. Compounding and accumulating fraud and fraudulent acts no matter how deep they get do not change the facts of the law.
What these points mean in real simple no brainer terms is that Donald Trump as the only duly elected federal officer is untainted by the fraud because Donald Trump never took a pay check for public service and refused to capitulate to the election fraud. And more to the point the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Law Enforcement Officer and Chief Magistrate positions, captured under title of President, in your care and custody, a public trust, did not cooperate with the fraud.

The term checks covers every act of a legitimate Congress for public acts authorized by constitution. The term check covers any and every act the office of President is required to enforce. A check is a transfer instrument from one account to another. So, when the President enforces the laws, the transfer of legalized force assigned to governments by the People, the transfer agent, office of President, signs the check re-presenting the Peoples powers by enforcement actions.

Currently in the United States of America we have no publicly owned lawful money. The congress gave up their constitutional duty to set the value of United States money to the Federal Reserve system. Later, when the Congress also allowed the Federal Reserve to construct its own treasury, disguise it as lawful and begin issuing its own private money and Congress made that money “legal tender”, the only money available in the United States. Federal Reserve private property, private money, is circulating and disguised as lawful US money. When President Johnson removed the silver backing of United States money, he gifted the ownership of our whole money system of the United States to the private Federal Reserve operation. Johnson killed the alternative to private Federal Reserve property disguised as money. The American People from that day were stuck using some one else’s property to operate both the governments commerce, yet more devastating is the control exercised by the owner of the private money over the American People and our commerce that takes care of our families.
When federal judges claim to work for the United States, in a government building, alleging they serve the American People, and are paid in private Federal Reserve money, who do they work for?

What is this also means in very simple and direct terms is when you don’t pay them they have no government authority.
President Trump, in order for the employment contract for any public servant to be valid there must be a fair consideration, payment, for the employment position to be considered valid. No pay equal no authority to speak in the name of the government nor use the People’s power assigned via constitutional contracts.

Imagine what happens to the lifeblood of the American Republic when all of the consumer debt created under the private Federal Reserve debt money management system, attached to the People in our individual capacities, must prove its creditors position to the proper lawful money system outlined above, the consumer debt of the American People dissolves.
